Cindy decided to become a Massage Therapist during her first year in a business program at Conestoga College. While there, she came to the conclusion that business was only a small part of the passion in her life. She was so stressed about her life decisions that she constantly had headaches, sore neck and shoulders and poor posture. A doctor recommended booking a Massage Therapy treatment, Cindy found it fantastic and decided that was what she wanted to do to help others as well.
Cindy has now been practicing Massage Therapy for ten years and is the owner of Resilience Wellness Clinic. She looks forward to assisting you in your journey to improve your health and well-being.

Michelle considers massage therapy a vocation. She cares for people across all spectrums of life. She is
happy to meet each person where they are at and to lend a hand (through massage therapy) in journeys
of healing and wellness. She enjoys thinking outside the box and encouraging individual choices.
Whether training as an athlete or intentionally parking slightly further from a destination, the best
exercises are the ones you actually do.
Michelle’s continuing education includes training in pre- and post-natal massage, foot reflexology, and
more recently trauma awareness. She treats people experiencing acute, chronic, genetic, and
progressive conditions, as well as providing relaxing and general maintenance massages. She enjoys
collaboration and continuously learning.
Outside of massage therapy, Michelle prioritizes time with her family and is actively involved in her
church community. She enjoys writing, painting, camping, walks in the woods, cuddles with her cat, and
lot and lots of board games.
